  • How do I know if Aspire is in network with my specific plan?
    While we may have a group contract with your insurance company, we may not be in-network with your specific plan. The best way to find out if we are in-network with your plan is to call the 800 number on the back of your card and provide them with our NPI number 1093315244
  • Do I need a referral from my PCP?
    With most insurance plans you do not need a referral for our services. To ensure, please look at your insurance card and see if a referral is required. You may also call the 800 number on the back of you card and ask your insurance representative.
  • What is my coverage for Aspire services as a state employee for the state of North Carolina?
    Aspire counseling services are covered 100%, no copays, and no limitations on the number of visits per year for state employees.
  • Do I have to meet with my provider in person?
    No. We offer telehealth appointments, at no additional cost, for our clients. Most insurance plans cover telehealth sessions.
