Our client referral program helps us to continue to work towards our mission in preventing and treating mental illness through the avenues of nutrition intervention and mental health counseling to improve overall community health.

Your referral will fill out the form on their own behalf and communicate with us on scheduling their initial session.
Your Incentives
With each referral who attends an initial session you will receive a Starbucks gift card. When you have reached 5 referrals you will receive 10% off our nourishment test and a free 4 week meal plan.
