Prior to your first session we will verify benefits with your specific plan. We highly recommend calling the 800 number on the back of your card to verify benefits for your plan.

IN NETWORK. Aspire has negotiated a contract with Ambetter to provide affordable care to you and your family. Nutrition services are typically covered 100% with 3 sessions per year. Mental health sessions may require a small copay depending on your plan and there is no limit on amount of sessions per year.
IN NETWORK. Aspire has negotiated a contract with Anthem to provide affordable care to you and your family. Nutrition services are covered 100% with no limit on number of sessions per year. Mental health sessions may require a small copay depending on your plan and there is no limit on number of sessions per year.
IN NETWORK. Aspire has negotiated a contract with Cigna to provide affordable care to you and your family. Nutrition services are covered 100% with 3 visits per year as a preventative service. You may have additional visits if you have a diagnosis of diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Mental health sessions may require a small copay depending on your plan and there is no limit on number of sessions per year.
OUT OF NETWORK. If you have UHC insurance, you most likely have out-of-network benefits. You also mostly likely do not need pre-approval for our services.

UHC will typically cover 70% of their customary rate or allowed amount for out-of-network coinsurance reimbursements. To find out what the allowed amount for your specific plan is, please speak to your insurance company.
