APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE/NO SHOW POLICY

Thank you for using Aspire Nutrition for you nutritional health care. When you schedule an appointment with Aspire Nutrition, we set aside enough time to provide you with the quality care you deserve. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment before your appointment reminder, please send an email to Suzanne at suzanne@aspire-nutrition.com. Please see our Appointment Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show Policy below:

  • Effective July 1, 2021, clients will receive an appointment reminder email 72 hours prior to their appointment.

  • Effective July 1, 2021, clients will receive a last chance to cancel/reschedule email 48 hours prior to their appointment to avoid a $75.00 fee.

  • Effective July 1, 2021, clients will receive a confirmation email and text 24 hours prior to their appointment. You must reply to the email or text by 7:00pm to avoid a $75.00 fee.

  • The $75.00 fee is charged to the client, not the insurance company, and is due at the time the client receives the invoice.

We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances, please send an email to clientcare@aspire-nutrition.com, and we may be able to waive the $75.00 fee.
